1. Payment Information
Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
PayPal members - direct transfer, credit cards & Echecks.
Money orders& personal checks via "snail mail"

Please be aware that mailing payment will delay delivery of your order. Orders are not processed until payment arrives.

2. Shipping
Minimum Shipping Charge of $2.75. Shipping rate over 1 lb determined by weight via most economical method. Most orders ship via US Postal Service. FedEx Ground may be used for large orders. We do not ship C.O.D.

Chele's Treasures ships only to the United States, US Territories, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, the Carribean and other select countries at this time.

3. Delivery Time
After your order is paid, processing and delivery may range from 4 to 15 business days depending on your location. All orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. If you are in a rush for your order please email us and let us know so we can adjust your shipping method if needed.

Any order that is paid by check will not be processed until the check clears. Because of this, delivery of your order may take longer to arrive.

4. Refunds
Claims for errors must be reported to ChelesTreasures.com within 5 working days after receiving shipment. Our items are printed exactly as you requested. If a printing error is made on our part, we will gladly replace your order. However, if the error was made on your end, we must charge for the reprint. It is imperative that you double check your order before submitting.

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our hands.

5. Confidentiality
Your privacy is respected and taken very seriously. Your information is not sold, rented or shared with a third party. This includes purchase history. All collected information is used by Chele's Treasures specifically to serve you better.

Pricing is subject to change without warning based on increases in postage, supplies and equipment that are used to produce and ship our products.
