Over the years, several of my business clients have expressed a need for a product that allows them to collect contact information from potential customers during conventions, trade shows, raffles, drawings, promotions, etc. 

The problem with most small contest entry forms is that they are formatted wide, so that a person is forced to write incredibly small.  That makes it irritating for them and frustrating for you to read later!
